Placing an Order

HKT is not bound by its offers or any prices on the website. HKT reserves the right to modify or cancel your purchase for any type of error on the website.
To place an order, simply add the desired items to your Shopping Cart. You can add, delete, update, or change the quantities of products in your cart while you shop the site. Once you are ready to buy, proceed to check out to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your order. You can complete your order by Login by opening a www.hktdesigns.com user account. By opening a user account, you can quickly access product support, updates and promotions.
When you send an order, HKT may verify certain item before the order is fulfilled, including without limitation your personal information, your payment information. Without incurring any liability, HKT reserves the right to refuse any order, correct any inaccuracies or omissions on its website, change or update information for products or services offered, and to modify or cancel your order at any time without notice, whether or not the order is confirmed. If we modify your order, we will attempt to give you prior notice in case you decide to cancel the order. If HKT cancels your order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information you provided with your order. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation call for your order details. Please be sure to save your receipt for proof of purchase your package will must include a receipt. At the moment we are providing COD services cash on delivery for the ease of our respected customers. Soon we are going to introduce some more advance payments methods for our users. You will be charged once your order has received by you or the person on behalf of you, by third party like Leopards and TCS couriers before opening the package. Please note that certain orders are subject to a 24-hour verification period to protect all parties from any kind of loss e.g. wrong product, wrong quantity or undesired product and in case of product return.

It typically takes one to two business days to process and ship your order. Presently, we only offer free ground shipping to all Pakistan up to 500 grams package. Additional shipping charges apply to orders if your package weight is exceeding than 501 grams to 1 kg up to 235 rupees and additional 180 rupees for every next kg. We also do not ship orders to international locations. It might take 1-5 business days to reach shipment depending on the size and weight of the product.
Depending upon your shipping address, and product availability in our warehouses, any shipping or delivery dates provided will be estimates only. When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages for items such as, manuals and cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. If the merchandise is not installed right away, please power up or play the merchandise. Please be sure to save the box, the outer shipping carton (when applicable) and all packing material, in the unlikely event that you'll need it for a return shipment.
