• We only deliver via top courier companies of Pakistan.
• We only exchange if any product has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase.

• Original box and all accessories should be returned as well.
• Please consult HKT sales support for shipping back methods.
• If you receive a product that is not what we have described in our online store you are not bound to keep that product, we will exchange or return your money. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Email us at sales@hktdesigns.com
• A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization is not eligible for our refund policy and will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.
